Swift 18 1985

This is a lifting keel trailer sailor. It has good sailing performance and the benefit of an outboard motor well. This is an example of the version with the full length alloy toe rail. It has four berths, one double in the forepeak and two quarter berths. It has a single gas stove and sink. There is a tap, pipework and space for a flexible water tank. There are two rear lockers in the cockpit.

The boat was largely rewired in 2013 to allow some additions which included a stern light, bow, starboard and port lights, Isolator switch and distribution box. The target depth system was fitted in 2016. A new VHF cable fitted in 2012 with VHF extension cable and fitted with a 12v heavy duty battery and solar panel.

The boat which is easy to sail single handle, the boat has a lifting keel which allows the boat to float in just 30cm of water.

Although she is small, she has 4 berths in cabin (2 adult and 2 child) with storage underneath. Cabin with sitting headroom and space for a chemical loo.
